• 2. Look for Real Photo Reviews: Scroll down to the customer feedback section. Prioritize listings where buyers have posted actual photos of the delivered part, verifying the correct connectors, fit, and build quality on their Z20.

• 3. Verify Voltage & Connector Types (Crucial for Batteries): Ensure the battery or charger specs match your exact setup (36V output / specific pin connectors). If your bike is a European or US variant, double-check that the charging plug matches your regional wall outlet.

• 4. When in Doubt, Message the Seller: Take a clear photo of your broken or original component (and its technical sticker/label) and message the seller before buying to confirm compatibility. Reliable sellers reply quickly.
